Sheepshead

Sheepshead can be played with anywhere from two to eight players, but the most common number of players is three or five. At Yahoo!, sheepshead may be played by three, four, or five players. Three- and four-handed versions are cutthroat--that is, players play for themselves. The five-player version involves partners. The object is to take tricks containing cards with the greatest point values.
